“Bright light golden colour with vivid young bubbles. The
nose is vinous with fine autolytic notes of brioche, fresh
butter,roasted almond, ripe citrus, peach and white flower.
The palate has good bide and tension in a vinous grower
style with classicdosage, mild creaminess on the mind
palate with nutty notes, fresh butter and stone fruit flavours.
Good substance and length, already with some maturity and autlytic complexity.”

Tasting: Bright light pink color and fine and very persistent lively bubbles. Pure and floral on the nose with hints of rose petals, fresh red berries, ripe citrus fruits and a little toasted hazelnut. Good grip on the palate, young fruit with some autolytic fruity notes of maceration on the skins, brioche and butter with crushed raspberry, red citrus fruits, a creamy texture with brilliant acidity and a long grippy finish. Attractive, generous and vinous. Winefication: traditional soft pressing of Champagne. Cleaning of the lees by decanting decanting by natural gravity. Alcoholic fermentation between 16 ° and 20 °.
